1. Mirror Talk (3 minutes)
Stand in front of the mirror. Talk to yourself in English. Any topic at all: today's weather, tomorrow's plan, what you had for breakfast. Speaking while watching yourself also improves your body language and facial expression.
2. Voice Recording (5 minutes)
Speak for 2 minutes on a topic into your phone's voice recorder. Then listen. The first time will feel embarrassing. But this is the fastest feedback loop there is. You catch your own mistakes by listening back, and your pauses and filler words become obvious.
3. Shadowing (5 minutes)
Play an English video on YouTube, ideally BBC News or a TED Talk. Speak along with the speaker, like an echo, 3 to 5 seconds behind. This is the oldest and most effective trick for picking up a natural accent and rhythm.
4. Picture Description (5 minutes)
Pull up any photo from your phone gallery. Describe it in English for 2 minutes: what you can see, when it was taken, who is in it, what is happening. For IELTS Speaking and GD/PI, this exercise is gold.
5. Daily Diary in English (5 minutes)
Writing is a separate skill, but the words you write start coming to your tongue. Write 5 lines about your day in English every day. "Today I woke up at 7. I had paratha for breakfast. Then I worked on my project for two hours." Simple sentences, daily routine.
6. Cartoon or Web Series in English (10 minutes)
Turn on English subtitles, not Hindi. Watch one episode. Then give yourself a 2-minute summary of that episode in English. Friends, Modern Family, and The Big Bang Theory are all good shows for English learners.
7. AI App with Voice Feedback (10 minutes)
This is where an app like BolBadlo helps. You speak, and the AI listens and gives instant feedback. No partner, no coaching class, just structured daily practice. 10 minutes a day is enough.
8. Read Aloud (5 minutes)
Read an English newspaper article, or a paragraph from a book, out loud. Control your speed. Pause at the punctuation. This works on both pronunciation and breathing. The Hindu, Indian Express, Mint, anything works.
9. Translate-Free Brain Walk (3 minutes)
Walk from one corner of your home to another. Say the English name of whatever you see: fan, chair, fridge, plant, photo frame. Then take it one step further. Now say each object's use: "This is a chair. I sit on it." This exercise cuts down your translation pauses.
10. Imaginary Phone Call (5 minutes)
Hold your phone to your ear with nobody on the line. Role-play an interview, a customer service call, or a chat with a friend, in English. Because nobody is listening, you have the freedom to make mistakes, and the fear of a real call fades.

- 5 minute, Read aloud (newspaper).
- 10 minute, AI app voice practice.
- 5 minutes, Voice recording (talking to yourself).

If you do not have 30 minutes, do 10. But every day. Skip the weekend and your whole week's progress slows down.
